This is the surveillance report for four individuals who claimed to be members of a "band" referred to as SNOGLOBE. It cannot be confirmed whether this was an actual band or that is was a cover for something else. In any case, this report is an attempt to gather all data in the hopes to bring clarity to what SNOGLOBE actually was, discovering its main purpose or objective, and the current whereabouts of its members. The following report is abridged: Monday, August 13 1990 8:45 pm, Hollywood, CA. John Beck and Paul David meet inside the Melrose theater.  Friday, January 18 1991 9:05 pm, Azusa, CA. Paul David arrives at the apt of John Beck, carrying a guitar case. These Friday meetings continue for 7 months. ​Wednesday, August 14, 1991, 4:00 pm, John Beck moves to 189 N Marengo AVE Pasadena, CA ​Friday, August 30, 1991, 7:45 PM, Pasadena, CA Paul David arrives at the apt of John Beck, carrying a guitar case. These meetings continue for 18 months. ​Friday, January 14, 1994, 7:59 PM Pasadena, CA Paul David arrives at the apt of John Beck, carrying a guitar case. ​Monday, January 17, 1994, 4:30 AM. 6.7 magnitude earthquake occurs in Los Angeles county area. John Beck's apt partially collapses. ​Friday, January 28, 1994, 8:52 PM Pasadena. Paul David arrives at the apt of John Beck, carrying a guitar case. He was soon followed by Jonathan Paul, holding a cellular phone. ​Saturday, February 5, 1994, 6:37 PM. Los Angeles, CA John Beck arrives at the apt of Jonathan Paul carrying what looks to be a guitar bag. Paul David arrives shortly after carrying a guitar case. These meetings continue for 3 months. ​Saturday, May 7, 1994, 2:57 PM Los Angeles, CA John Beck, Paul David, and Jonathan Paul arrive simultaneously at the Downtown Rehearsal building on Santa Fe blvd. These meetings continue. ​Saturday, July 9, 1994 8:23 PM Los Angeles, CA John Beck, Paul David arrive at the Downtown Rehearsal building on Santa Fe Blvd. At 9:14 PM, Jonathan Paul and Vernon Salyers arrive at the same location. These meetings occur regularly for 2.2 years under the name SNOGLOBE. ​Sunday, January 1995 Los Angeles, 10:19 PM John Beck, Paul David, Jonathan Paul, and Vernon Salyers arrive at Dizzy Debby Bar on La Brea Ave. They proceed to unload large pieces of equipment, TV sets, and several guitar cases. They are met by a large gathering inside the bar where they hand out what looks to be CD data packets in white sleeves.
